  • Domain area-focused Architect responsible for defining solutions that align to Enterprise strategies and standards. Collaborates closely with IT Teams to ensure designs reflect the intended solutions. Bridges Stakeholder expectations with IT execution in order to meet desired outcomes.



  • Actively takes a hands-on approach to improvement of our architecture repositories and tools for deliverables, methodologies and business development documentation
  • Build and drive the development of architecture capabilities that supports the strategic direction of the business and ensures alignment and compliance across all technology areas
  • Participate in Solution Reviews and Audits to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement with respect to tech debt, expanding capacity to support emerging business processes, reducing time and cost, and increasing overall effectiveness.
  • Authors and/or is a key contributor to architecture governance guidelines, principles, policies, and standards for architects, technology execution teams, and stakeholders.
  • Streamline processes and tooling for decision making and knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
  • Provide guidance to architecture teams on how to best leverage repositories, processes and technology to meet defined business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with all parties involved in implementation or architecture practice programs to effectively identify, coordinate, and manage all tasks.
  • Ensure our architecture governance and practice principals are delivered with a consistent and prescriptive methodology with our delivery teams and customers, capturing feedback and iterations on our offerings and delivery
  • Prepares and presents formal findings and recommendations in various formats to all levels of the organization and across the enterprise.
  • Engages with all levels of Architecture as well as Horizontal and Vertical IT Teams and non-SWA Teams
  • Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers
  • Works in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our Company
  • May perform other job duties as directed by the Employee’s Leaders

  • Strong experience in Architecture Review and Standards Governance.
  • Practitioner level understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, frameworks, models, methodologies and disciplines
  • Solid understanding of systems, business, data, and technical architecture disciplines, including exposure to such key methodologies and approaches as data/information modeling and SaaS configuration.
  • Experience creating, monitoring, and interpreting stakeholder change readiness and adoption metrics through the entire engagement lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated analytical/problem-solving, teamwork and collaboration skills, in particular in contributing to global and multi-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to influence without authority
  • Highly motivated to contribute and grow within a complex area of emerging importance
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, motivation, negotiation, and interpersonal relations
  • Works well under pressure and within time/budget constraints to solve problems or meet objectives
  • Must possess a high degree of integrity, be trustworthy, and have the ability to lead and inspire change
  • Bachelors’ Degree or industry equivalent work experience

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience - in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience or formal training



  • Required: 5 to 10 years of work experience in multiple technology disciplines
  • Required: 5 to 10 years of engineering and/or business work experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Five percent travel, with the potential for increased / decreased travel based upon Technology Department needs
