The Senior Business Consultant, Career Development ideates around, drives, designs and manages talent programs specifically supporting Southwest’s overall job architecture and Career Framework. S/he provides research and bench marking support and maintains a network of vendors and colleagues to enhance and sustain initiatives and goals. The Senior Business Consultant is seen as a subject matter expert in the area of job architecture, competency modeling and career frameworks, utilizing high-level consulting and influencing skills at the Leadership and Senior Leadership levels.

Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or related field

experience planning and managing large scale projects
