The Senior Business Consultant, Innovation Discipline will leverage the Human Centered Design approach to foster a culture of innovation and accelerate transformational change. This role will be responsible for all aspects of Innovation project management and require integration of Operational capabilites, Employee needs and Customer needs. Develops and tests new ideas/products which are under consideration for implementation. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire life of each initiative, whick includes concept, design, test and learning plans.
