DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Cargo Management Group Teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Revenue Management, and Regulatory & Compliance on various projects.
Possible projects include, but aren't limited to:
Support Marketing in new business acquisition efforts including direct mail, e-mail, print, and online campaigns.
Review internal and external communication for brand consistency, and compose content for internal and external channels (e.g. fact sheets, brochures, blogs).
Build promotional and operational emails and email campaigns to send out to Cargo Customer base (e.g. International campaign or commodity specific campaign).
Collaborate with other Teams to develop integrated business, marketing, and communication strategies.
Analyze campaign and marketing plan performance.
Participate in Team discussions and brainstorming sessions (e.g. content update and strategy brainstorming for swacargo.com).
Assist Marketing Team with premium inventory, events, and support collateral (e.g. trade shows, Annual Conference, and Customer Golf Tournament).
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Progress towards a degree with major/minor in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, Event Management, or related field required.
Minimum junior level (60+ credit hours).
To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours).
Maintained 3.0 or above cumulative GPA.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience with Salesforce and/or Marketing Automation are a plus.
Microsoft excel functionality preferred.
Marketing campaign experience preferred.
Adobe Application experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a Team.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.
Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Strong proof-reading skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong administrative skills and organizational skills.
