Sr. Analyst will join the Customer Service: CS&S Desktop Team, reporting to the Manager.
The Sr. Analyst will be performing the role as a Product Owner working to ensure our internal/proprietary applications are ADA compliant. In this role the Sr. Analyst will be expected to partner with Business Customers, Vendors, and other Technology Teams to understand business needs to build ensure our applications are accessible for our visually impaired team members. The Sr Analyst will work with multiple Technology and Business groups to implement an aspect of the program including scoping, definition, design, build, integration, certification, and implementation.
